experience the full extraordinary power of effective change.
First as the leader of a change management and coaching consultancy, before setting up a foundation to help socially excluded individuals and later building Ayuda Group Ltd (first established in 1992), Melinda’s focus has always been on helping others.
Every detail, down to the choice of our name – ayuda is the Spanish word for help – has been refined to reflect our passion for improving lived experiences.
Today, Ayuda Retreats has one simple goal: to provide as many people as possible with a place for healing,
reflection and change.

A special help for those most in need
In certain circumstances, we offer free-of-charge or at-cost holiday retreats for bereaved individuals and families or those who have suffered significantly due to Covid-19. We also provide care for the carers, pastors
and other community leaders who have given selflessly.
